Lorelace is run from Apex, North Carolina. We don't have a walk-in storefront; email is the fastest way to reach us.

Order status

You'll receive an order confirmation by email right after checkout, and a second email with tracking when your order ships. Orders typically arrive 5–10 business days after purchase. If it's been longer than that, email us with your order number and we'll chase it down.

Order issues

If something arrived damaged or misprinted, include your order number (from your confirmation email) and, if you can, a photo. We'll ship a free replacement or refund you, your choice. See Shipping & returns for the details.
