Shipping

Every product is printed to order after you buy it, then shipped to you. Orders typically arrive 5–10 business days after purchase; the same estimate is shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to United States addresses only, and you'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Our guarantee: love it or we replace it, free

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or just not right, we replace it free. No return shipping, ever. You keep the original. A photo of the issue helps us improve but is never required.

The guarantee window is 30 days from delivery. Refunds instead of a replacement are available on request. We respond to every request within 24–48 hours. Contact us with your order number to start.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

• Returns: not accepted. Every item is personalized and printed to order.
• Exchanges: not accepted.
• Damaged, defective or misprinted items: replaced free or refunded in full within 30 days of delivery. No return needed, you keep the item.

Because every product is personalized and printed just for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges of correctly printed items. Anything wrong with your order is covered by the replacement guarantee above.

When we issue a refund, it goes back to the original payment method. Refunds are sent within 2 business days of approval and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you need to cancel or correct a personalization, email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has been sent to print it can't be changed, but it is still covered by the guarantee.

Payment

Checkout is handled by Stripe over a secure (HTTPS) connection. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Prices are in US dollars; sales tax is calculated at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
